Ædequate Ævils

Celtic, Balkan, & French Music

Adequate Evils is an eclectic band that specializes in traditional world music from Central, Northern, and Eastern Europe. Most of their pieces predominantly originate from the British Isles (Wales, Cornwall, Scotland, Isle of Mann), the Balkans (Bulgaria, Macedonia, Turkey, Serbia, Romania), and France. Their dynamic voices, tight vocal harmonies, and unique instrumental arrangements breathe new life into these ancient and rare songs. AE aims to keep the tradition of folk music alive by performing and recording new, original renditions.
