Justine Lucas Caravan requires the following accommodations on the day of the event:

HEALTH ACCOMMODATIONS:

1. Justine Lucas requires a greenroom and restroom that is free of the following allergens: cats, dogs, smoke, mold, fresh paint or chemicals, perfumes and cologne.

2. Justine Lucas requires that the event be non-smoking or that there be a designated smoking area far away from the stage:
   - If the show is outdoor, the smoking area must be 200 feet away from the stage.
   - If the show is indoor, the smoking area must be at least 50 feet from the venue entrance.

3. Justine Lucas requires there to be non-smoking signs visible near the front of the stage. Please let us know if you will provide signs or if we should provide them.

4. Justine Lucas requires that a brief non-smoking announcement be made directly before her set. Let us know if you have an MC to make this announcement, or if you'd like us to hire one.

BAND ACCOMMODATIONS:

1. The band will require individual water bottles that have not been stored in the sun.

2. The band will require a quiet area to tune their instruments and warm up together.

3. Two of the band members are sensitive to sunlight and prefer a shaded stage for outdoor events. Please let us know if the stage is shaded or if we will need to bring supplies. 

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS:

If meals are provided for the band, please make the following accommodations:

• Justine Lucas is allergic to gluten, dairy, peanuts, and is sensitive to soy and caffeine.

• Lee Corbie Wells is vegan (no dairy or animal products) and is sensitive to caffeine.

• Jonah Udall is allergic to gluten and dairy.

• Margie has no food allergies.

• Mark Nelsen has no food allergies.

• George Rosenthal has no food allergies.

PAYMENTS:

1. Justine Lucas Caravan band requires a guaranteed minimum of $150 per musician per set hour. The number of bandmates is sometimes negotiable. 

2. Justine Lucas solo shows require a guaranteed minimum of $300 per set hour. 

3. Payments may be made online via Venmo or PayPal. If choosing PayPal, please select "send to friends and family" when checking out, so that PayPal does not take an unauthorized cut of the payment. Online payments are due within two weeks of the event.

4. Payments may be made in cash on the night of the event date.

5. Payments may be made out by check to: Justine Lucas-McKague (contact for mailing address) Checks must be mailed within 2 weeks of the event date.

The health accommodations outlined above are necessary for the Artist’s ability to safely perform. If these accommodations are not met and the Artist must leave the event or discontinue the performance as a result, the full performance fee will remain payable.
